Founded in July of 2023, Biosis Designs was created to provide entrepreneurs, developers and investors in real estate with the technical and creative support to realize their development dreams. As Architects, we are not only experts in construction, but also in problem solving and creative thinking. Guided by three core principles — teamwork, creative problem-solving, and diligent planning systems — Samuel and Dacoda have consistently delivered exceptional results over their 20+ years of experience. Their collaborative approach, combined with a handpicked team of A-players, ensures that every viable project is realized through effective quality control and comprehensive planning systems.
Samuel is a licensed Architect and co-founder of Biosis Designs. He has been operating in the design and construction industry for over 10 years. During this time, he has undertaken diverse projects ranging from custom single-family homes to large-scale multi-family residential, industrial and institutional complexes. Noteworthy examples include a 174-unit retirement home in Kitchener, several six-story apartment buildings in Ottawa, and numerous multiplexes in the greater Toronto area.
As an architectural technologist, Dacoda’s passion in life is synthesizing the artistic and engineering worlds through design. He has worked for some of the top Architecture and Engineering firms in Ontario, leading complex projects ranging from custom homes, estates, condominiums, hotels, wellness resorts, and major infrastructural projects for Metrolinx transit. Dacoda’s technical knowledge allows us to find creative solutions for complex problems, and his project management skills bring our designs from inception to reality.
