Renovation to the basement of a seminary school. New washrooms with showers added through an extension below the main floor
patio entry. A new lounge and kitchen were created, as well as two new classrooms with state of the art audio/visual upgrades. Extensive upgrades were also made to the buildings heating & cooling systems for better occupant comfort.
