This project based in Trenton is a 3 storey slab on grade apartment with 12 units, a total of 12,000 sft.The design features all 2 bedroom units +/- 950 sft each, with in-suite laundry, private entrances and balconies.We took the site through a re-zoning and site plan approval to permit higher density. Construction to start spring 2026.
